A group of 30 DBS (Diploma in Business Studies) students currently taking the Project Management Module participated in the Penang World Clean Up Day which was organised by Aimpactz, a social enterprise based in Penang. The activity enabled the students to apply project management tools and techniques and at the same time contribute to the betterment of the environment. The group went to three hotspots covering Pulau Tikus to Tanjung Tokong area and managed to collect 100 kg of trash which were further segregated into recyclable and non-recyclable items. Kudos to the students!
